Little Dragons
(Ages 5-7)
Kids between the ages of 5-7 are
energetic, eager to learn, and
developing key social and motor skills.
They thrive in an environment that
keeps them active while reinforcing
discipline, focus, and respect. Our Little
Dragons program provides structured
yet exciting martial arts training
designed to help young students build
confidence, improve coordination, and
develop positive habits—all while
having fun!
Junior Dragons
(Ages 8-14)
Many people associate martial arts with
kicks, punches, and self-defense. While
those are important, the Junior Dragons
program focuses on much more.
Students develop confidence, focus,
and discipline, gaining valuable skills
that help them succeed in all areas of
life.
Dragonfly’s
(Ages 15+)
Martial arts isn’t just about self-
defense—it’s a full-body workout that
sharpens your mind and strengthens
your body. Our Dragonfly (15+) program
is designed for teens and adults looking
to improve fitness, build confidence,
and develop real-world self-defense
skills in an environment that challenges
and motivates. Whether you’re here to
enhance discipline, relieve stress, or
push past limits, this class delivers a
dynamic training experience that goes
beyond the gym.
